1986 Angel Med Yacht Cockpit Pilothouse

“Island Angel” is a Fresh Water boat that has been well maintained with spacious economical (Twin 3208 , 315 HP Caterpillar diesels) motor yacht with an entire bridge covered deck and cockpit. Her bridge can become an entire dance floor! There is wrap around seating for guests and a comfortable Captain’sChair. Visibility is fabulous when underway.

You will love the large 16' x 17' Salon & dining areaLarge functional galley with tremendous storage.  All interior lights (78 to be exact) have be converted to LED. 

Double doors opening to 4'6"x 17' back porch and few steps down from there is a full beam 5'7" deep cockpit at water level with a large transom door opening to a large swim platform. Porch deck and cockpit are covered with a sturdy frame Bimini. All teak handrails have canvass covers. 

In Nov 2011, the teak decks were removed by a previous owner. The NEW BOTTOM JOB in 2020 was painted with Petit Trinidad Bottom Paint.

Engine Room Camera 

The Hinged Radar arch makes it easy to fold down. Measurements of 15’ clearance to the top of the windshield and radar folds down allowing up to 22’ clearance. Perfect for the Great Loop! 

Mathers Micro Commander electronic engine controls at both stations and ZF remote station control Wired Remote AUTO PILOT allows captain to maneuver throughout the length of the vessel. 

Dual Northern Lights diesel generators (10kw Northern Lights with 2541 hours & 21kw Phasor with 455 hours).

The Galley is fully efficient with plenty of counter workspace and cabinets for storage. A full- size Refrigerator with ice maker, large SS sink in front of a large window. She does have a dishwasher but current owners prefer to use as storage. Also has a microwave. 

Opposite the galley is the day head (vanity w/sink and toilet).

There are wing doors on either side of salon to respective side deck and forward port salon is dining area. A serving bar separates the galley from the dining area.

Salon starboard is a staircase leading down to the walk-in engine room and stackable Washer/Dryer.   Next, you enter the Master Stateroom with King bed and  a full bathtub!

Moving forward is the wheelhouse where port and starboard doors allow quick access to the Portuguese bridge and foredeck. 

Behind the helm is passenger seating and crew berth. Staircase to the flybridge is to starboard (there is also access to the flybridge from the “back porch” via a ladder) and staircase to port going down to the three forward guest staterooms and full head with shower. 

Island Angel comes with a 11’4” ’ Boston Whaler Tender that has a full cover and 9.9 Mariner motor. She sits on wooden cradles that can be removed when not in use to open up a dance floor.
